Community Integrated Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional to lead a service team in Aberdeen.
Employment Details
- Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, fixed term of 12 months.
- No on‑call duties.
- Salary: £30,208 per year.
- 28 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time).

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver person‑centred outcomes.
- Drive performance, set the pace and direction within the service.
- Promote a positive, passionate culture and ensure consistent high quality care.
- Plan and manage intensive support for people with complex behaviours to guarantee their safety and quality of life.
- Ensure the service is appropriately resourced and effectively delivered.
- Implement and review care plans, incident reporting and service improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in a health or social care setting.
- Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, supervision units (Scotland), or Care Management Level 3 (England)).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proficient with basic IT systems; training available.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
