You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, and inspire a team delivering trauma-informed, child-centered care for 8-18-year-olds.
You will manage budgets and rosters, collaborate with therapists and external agencies, and build strong relationships with families and commissioners.
