Who We Are:
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Welcome to Our Home – Andover. A calm, cosy bungalow supporting up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18). We’re a quirky, caring crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.
The Role:
- 1:1 support with young people
- 39 hours per week, working 2 x 15 hour shifts, 1 x 9 hour shift and 1 sleepover per week
- We can also accommodate bank staff in this service
- One weekend off every three
- UK driving license required (manual preferred - if you have an automatic license, you may be asked to use your own vehicle for activities)
- Permanent role available - we can also accommodate bank staff

Note: Our Andover home is currently closed, however, we are recruiting a team to support new children who will move in within the next 4-6 months. Until then, training, shadow shifts and regular shifts will be worked in our other homes in Lymington, Fareham and Romsey.
