Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enrich the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do.
What is important to us:
- We enjoy outdoor activities, including going shopping, on days out to places such as Skegness and walks around the local parks.
- Other interests we have are listening to music, visiting trendy coffee shops with home baking, swimming & keep fit.
- We are fun loving, kind, caring, considerate, respectful of other people’s personal space and belongings and have a love of music.
- We would not enjoy spending time with people who are bossy, pushy, running around, shouting or very noisy as it would tend to make a few of us upset.
About you:
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role will have professional experience. This is why we're really passionate about recruiting to individuals’ values and we recruit people with vast experience in a support worker or care assistant role. People's values are important to us, so we look for people with:
- Patience
- Empathy, compassion and sensitivity to others
- A strong work ethic
- Reliability
- Honesty
