Overview
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers with a driving licence to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role requires a skilled, compassionate professional ready to take on greater responsibility and earn more.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support to adults with a range of needs, ensuring a high quality of life.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, including driving to appointments and community outings.
- Implement positive behaviour support strategies and manage challenging behaviours safely.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, record keeping, and report on individual progress.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for people and the vehicle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent; if no qualification, extensive experience in social care is required.
- Strong background in mental health, autism, and/or forensic settings.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication, empathy, reliability, and problem‑solving skills.
