Overview

We are recruiting experienced Support Workers with a driving licence to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role requires a skilled, compassionate professional ready to take on greater responsibility and earn more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one‑to‑one support to adults with a range of needs, ensuring a high quality of life.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, including driving to appointments and community outings.
  • Implement positive behaviour support strategies and manage challenging behaviours safely.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, record keeping, and report on individual progress.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for people and the vehicle.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent; if no qualification, extensive experience in social care is required.
  • Strong background in mental health, autism, and/or forensic settings.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, reliability, and problem‑solving skills.
