Qualifications (Ideal)
- A Level 3 qualification in Social Care and PBS experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication, and physical health support
But don’t worry if you don’t have the qualification yet – if you’ve got solid experience in social care, we’ll support you to gain your qualifications while you work with us.

Meet the People You’ll Support
As part of the recruitment process, you’ll visit the home of the people we support – giving you a chance to connect, understand their needs, and see their amazing personalities shine.
This service supports 12 incredible individuals, aged between 21 and 72, each with unique needs including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, mental health challenges, and other complex conditions.

Your Role as an Advanced Support Worker
You’ll be a mentor, leader, and role model – supporting both the people we support and your fellow team members.
You’ll work alongside a large, well‑established team of around 50 support workers, offering guidance, sharing your expertise, and helping everyone deliver the best life possible.
