Contract Type: Part-Time – 11.55am-1.10pm Monday-Friday, term time only

Poplar Farm is a new school which opened in September 2018. We are a warm, caring, inclusive and vibrant school where pupils are at the heart of every decision we make. Poplar Farm pupils are happy and confident, they are problem solvers, open minded, resilient and motivated to learn. We have a generous school site, with creative, bespoke learning areas both inside and outside.

The school is part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

We are looking to appoint –a Midday Supervisor

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Encourage the children to eat sensibly.
  • Praise good manners and encourage polite and co-operative behaviour.
  • Lead children outside and move about the playground to intervene before problems arise.
  • Encourage games and play in the playground.
  • Administer first aid or change children who have had an accident and keep accurate records of incidents.
  • Report any incidents involving accidents, damage to property or significant misbehaviour to the class teacher.
