Community Housing is seeking a compassionate Tenancy Support Officer to join our Housing Services team in Larkhill. The role focuses on providing tailored, person-centred tenancy support to customers who may be vulnerable, helping them sustain tenancies and improve financial wellbeing.
You'll work closely with Neighbourhood Coordinators and external agencies to connect customers with benefits, budgeting advice and specialist support, while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding.
