You will proactively and reactively advise and coach managers/supervisors on Employee Relations matters, encouraging ownership while remaining supportive and approachable. With a passion for HR, you will support policy reviews and ensure continuous improvement of the service, maintaining industry knowledge to adapt to new changes.Candidate Requirements Previous experience working in a people department is essential.Good knowledge of HR Best Practice and Employment Law.Ability to create a positive, polite, and credible impression on others, remaining calm in challenging situations.Confident approach, inspiring others by treating all individuals fairly and consistently.Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time and tasks effectively.About Community Housing Community Housing was formed in 2000 through a stock transfer from Wyre Forest District Council.
