Community Housing is looking for a Localities Team Manager to lead a passionate team delivering high-quality neighbourhood and housing services. If you have experience of leading a team, care about people, know housing inside out, and can handle complex cases with calm, fair judgement, this is your next role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, support, and empower Neighbourhood Coordinators and Enforcement Case Coordinators
- Guide complex casework, safeguarding, and tenancy enforcement
- Build strong partnerships with police, social care, health and community agencies
- Drive service improvement—streamline processes, embed new ways of working, and use data to sharpen performance
- Represent us at multi-agency forums (MARAC, MAPPA, safeguarding panels)
- Champion a consistent, customer-first approach across everything we do
What You Bring
- Solid experience in housing or neighbourhood management
- Strong understanding of tenancy law, ASB, and safeguarding
- A confident people-manager who brings out the best in a team
- Skilled at partnership working and managing challenging situations
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with data, systems, and improving processes
- Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused
A CIH qualification is great to have—but not essential if you bring strong, relevant experience and are prepared to work towards.
