What You’ll Do

  • Lead, support, and empower Neighbourhood Coordinators and Enforcement Case Coordinators
  • Guide complex casework, safeguarding, and tenancy enforcement
  • Build strong partnerships with police, social care, health and community agencies
  • Drive service improvement, streamline processes, embed new ways of working, and use data to sharpen performance
  • Represent us at multi-agency forums (MARAC, MAPPA, safeguarding panels)
  • Champion a consistent, customer-first approach across everything we do

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in housing or neighbourhood management
  • Strong understanding of tenancy law, ASB, and safeguarding
  • A confident people-manager who brings out the best in a team
  • Skilled at partnership working and managing challenging situations
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, systems, and improving processes
  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • A CIH qualification is great to have but not essential if you bring strong, relevant experience and are prepared to work towards it.
