We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer and Community Engagement Team, developing and delivering initiatives that strengthen relationships, enhance well-being, and foster a sense of belonging. In this role, you will work closely with customers, local groups, and key partners to understand community needs and ensure engagement activities contribute to building vibrant, connected, and resilient communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with communities, shaping and leading engagement activities.
- Co-create events and projects promoting inclusion and empowerment.
- Work with local groups and partners to drive meaningful collaboration.
- Facilitate customer voice opportunities and ensure inclusive engagement.
- Support organisational engagement projects and contribute to best practices.

What You’ll Need
