Bro Myrddin seeks a dynamic and personable individual to join our IT & Procurement Team. A professional individual who thrives on a varied workload and fast-paced working environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused ICT services across the organisation.
You will support the day-to-day operation of IT systems, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of infrastructure, applications, and user support services. You will work amongst a small yet focused team that consists of 3 individuals in total (including this vacancy).

As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused ICT services across the organisation. You will support the day-to-day operation of IT systems, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of infrastructure, applications, and user support services.As part of a team that supports over 250 users spread across 20+ sites, you will need to be adaptable, technically knowledgeable and committed to delivering an excellent service. Working for an organisation that values our people, you can expect to be a key part of a strong team and have exposure to the latest technologies to enable constant growth of your skills and to aid your personal development.
The successful candidate will be required to assist the ICT & Procurement Manager with the contribution to various IT projects. This may include: coordinating a premises move and planning the related IT infrastructure; assessment of applications and technology; influencing and advising on the equipment or software selection process; overseeing implementation of Association’s systems and key project deliverables.
