Community Hospice in London is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Rehabilitation & Wellbeing Team. You will assess, plan and deliver rehabilitation for patients in inpatient, outpatient and home settings, helping maintain independence and quality of life.
You will work with the MDT, provide specialist OT input for palliative care, support families and carers, and contribute to developing services with ongoing training and professional development.
