Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience in construction project management, particularly within healthcare settings, may substitute for formal education.
- 3–5 years of experience managing commercial or healthcare-related construction projects.
- Experience working with healthcare codes, AHCA, or related regulations (preferred)
Knowledge of:
- Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and project budgets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across active projects.
Skilled at:
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Term of Employment:
- This position is intended to be temporary assignment of 12–24 months.
