We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team at CHP. If you are passionate about patient care for locally based services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to grow your career we want to hear from you.

The Senior Portfolio Manager will take accountability for the performance of a regional property portfolio including estates management, line management and the delivery of head tenancy functions to our tenants. Ensuring the operational team fulfil the responsibilities of the head tenant role, delivery of building management requirements and driving a team ethos in the delivery of excellent customer experience for our tenants.

This role will oversee the formal tenant representatives for the portfolio’s LPA/LRA contracts ensuring they perform their duties commensurate with that responsibility, to identify and deliver service improvements ensuring that operational compliance, standards and services are delivered, supported by national resources to maintain best practice. The role will develop strong relationships with Landlord Representatives (Managed Service Providers - MSPs). This role is based in the South and East region of England, applicants within commutable distance are welcome to apply.
