As the Head of Communications, you will be responsible for shaping, managing and delivering the organisations internal and external communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent and compelling, and reflects CHP's purpose, vision and values.
You will lead the development and delivery of communications strategies and campaigns that strengthen CHP's brand, raising awareness of CHP's expertise and the LIFT portfolio as key enablers of neighbourhood health. This requires engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring communications support CHP's strategic priorities.
You will provide professional leadership for the communications function, providing strategic direction and oversight to plan, deliver and evaluate communications activity. Reporting to, and working closely with, the Director of Corporate Services, you will contribute to enhancing the profile and effectiveness of the Communications, People and Culture function across the company, supporting and enabling a positive, healthy and inclusive culture at CHP.
