Make a difference: You will manage in supervision, administrative management, facilitation and monitoring the day-to-day function of the program at the Hilldale clinic. Supports and promotes the program philosophy, vision and mission. 60% of time with clients (all ages) providing therapeutic services and 40% of time in a supervisor role.
Your Exceptional Skills: Your passion for helping others will help you succeed in providing effective and efficient therapy to meet the patient’s needs. Your ability to lead and problem solve will help you be an effective supervisor.
Your Exceptional Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field required.
- 3 – 5 years of Master’s level clinical service delivery and understanding of the continuum of inpatient and outpatient care and evidence-based clinical programming.
- A minimum of 3 years administrative/supervisory experience in a mental health/healthcare setting is required.
- Must be knowledgeable of Employee Assistance Programs, marketing/sales strategies, customer relations, therapeutic modalities, and crisis management.
- LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the State of Indiana required.
