Make A Difference

CT Technologists perform computed tomography exams that create the images needed for interpretation and the performance of interventional and therapeutic procedures at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

  • Provide optimal patient care remaining sensitive to the needs of patients through patient assessment and monitoring.
  • Receive, relay, and document all verbal, written, and electronic orders in the patients' medical record.
  • Demonstrate proper use and knowledge of all department equipment, positioning devices, patient care items and patient monitoring devices.
  • Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • High School or GED required.

Required: Current license as a Radiologic Technologist by the State of Indiana. Current ARRT (R)(CT) registry.

OR

Required: Current license as a Radiologic Technologist by the State of Indiana. Must obtain ARRT (R)(CT) within one year of hire.
