Position Details:

The Behavioral Health Therapist Clin Lic will provide mental health and chemical dependency case management and therapy services, including assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for adults and children with severe mental health or substance use issues.

Qualifications:

• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Indiana required.
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of mental health treatment experience.
• Valid Indiana Driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and community sites.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Link clients to community resources and services.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
