Community Health Action of Staten Island (CHASI) seeks a Harm Reduction Counselor to engage drug-using populations in harm reduction services.
The role covers outreach in the community, education to reduce health harms from injection and drug use, syringe exchange, overdose reversal training, and HIV/HCV counseling and testing.
You will work across CHASI sites and mobile units to support clients in reaching their health goals.
