  • A curious mindset—you ask thoughtful questions to understand what someone really needs.
  • A commitment to our values and behaviours, which guide how we work together and support our communities.
  • Experience in a role where you\’ve worked directly with customers or members of the public.
  • Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with others, both in writing and in person.

  • Able to organise your tasks, manage your time, and work independently as well as with others.
  • Confident using IT systems to input, find, and manage information accurately.

It would be great if you also had (but not essential!):

  • Experience working in social housing or a similar setting that supports people in the community.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C / 4 or above.
