Job Overview
As a Tenancy Management Team Coordinator, you will provide essential support to colleagues, customers and partner agencies by ensuring the team effectively addresses reports of Anti‑Social Behaviour. Your role will involve triaging calls and emails, signposting tenants to expert help, building relationships with local partners such as the Police and Lancashire Fire & Rescue, and collating data to benchmark service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and emails and signpost tenants to appropriate services.
- Develop working relationships with local partners such as the Police and Lancashire Fire & Rescue.
- Assist the team by collating data to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Support internal and external customers on ASB, environmental and safeguarding matters, and tenancy failure issues.
- Deal comfortably with individuals who are in crisis, applying problem‑solving skills.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, supporting colleagues and maintaining confidentiality.
