The predicted salary is between 13.45 - 13.45 £ per hour.

This role is part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who can carry out planned and responsive maintenance to our housing stock.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Carrying out emergency damp and mould treatment in our tenants' homes, including cleaning and applying anti-mould coatings to ensure our tenants' safety.
  • Clearing vacant properties of furniture, appliances and general waste in preparation for re-letting.
  • Cleaning properties to a high standard, ready for new tenants.

What we are looking for in you:

  • We are looking for team players who share our values and who will put our tenants at the heart of all they do.
  • We are looking for people who have great knowledge of health and safety standards and safe working practices from working in a similar role.

The main things:

  • You must have a full manual driving licence as you'll be working all over Preston in our communities.
  • You'll have previous experience in a similar role, including working to risk assessments/method statements.
  • You'll have the ability to undertake manual handling to remove furniture and appliances from vacant properties.
  • You'll have good IT skills in order to pick up jobs from the scheduling system.
  • You'll take pride in your work, with good attention to detail, to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
