What will you be doing in this role?

  • Carrying out emergency damp and mould treatment in tenants' homes, including cleaning and applying anti‑mould coatings to ensure tenant safety.
  • Clearing vacant properties of furniture, appliances and general waste in preparation for re‑letting.
  • Cleaning properties to a high standard, ready for new tenants.

The Main Things:

  • You must have a full manual driving licence to work across Preston.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, including working to risk assessments/method statements.
  • Ability to undertake manual handling to remove furniture and appliances from vacant properties.
  • Good IT skills to pick up jobs from the scheduling system.
  • Pride in work, attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
