What will you be doing in this role?
- Carrying out emergency damp and mould treatment in tenants' homes, including cleaning and applying anti‑mould coatings to ensure tenant safety.
- Clearing vacant properties of furniture, appliances and general waste in preparation for re‑letting.
- Cleaning properties to a high standard, ready for new tenants.

The Main Things:
- You must have a full manual driving licence to work across Preston.
- Previous experience in a similar role, including working to risk assessments/method statements.
- Ability to undertake manual handling to remove furniture and appliances from vacant properties.
- Good IT skills to pick up jobs from the scheduling system.
- Pride in work, attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
