We are looking for a friendly, organised People & Learning Administrator to join our busy People Team on a permanent contract. You will help keep our training and development running smoothly, supporting everything from onboarding new starters to maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS). You will also support the wider People Team with administrative tasks.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy organising, working with people and data, or if you want to build experience in L&D or HR. We are flexible about the hours for this position - between 25-30 hours per week - and we are open to how these hours are worked across the week.

What you'll be doing:
  • Keep our Learning Management System (LMS) up to date
  • Organise and coordinate training sessions and events
  • Support the delivery of a positive onboarding and induction experience
  • Run reports on training activity and completion rates
  • Help colleagues access the learning they need
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider People Team

You will play a key part in creating a smooth, supportive learning experience for colleagues across the organisation.

What we're looking for:
  • Solid administration experience with great organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A positive, helpful customer-service mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, including pulling reports and spotting trends
  • Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal
