25-30 hours per week, based in Preston

£21,039.64 per annum pro rata (£13.45 per hour)

We're looking for an Administrator to work in our busy People Team to help keep our training and development running smoothly. You will be the friendly, can-do person keeping our Learning Management System (LMS) up to date, booking and organising training events and helping to ensure our colleagues have a great induction and onboarding experience. You'll be a key part of creating a positive learning experience, helping colleagues access the development they need to succeed and feel confident in their roles. You will also support the wider People Team with administrative tasks. This is a 25-30 hour per week role, and we're open to how these hours are worked across the week.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Solid administration experience with great organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A positive, helpful customer-service mindset - you'll be dealing with lots of people and requests
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, including pulling reports and spotting trends (e.g. completion rates, feedback scores)
  • Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal
  • A full driving licence and access to a car (with business insurance) for travel to other CGA sites

Working Arrangements
