We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do. We are looking for a team player with qualifications and experience in all aspects of plumbing, who also has the ability to carry out basic repairs in other trade areas. You will need a full manual driving licence as you will be working all over Preston in our communities.
The main things:
- You will have at least NVQ L2 or equivalent in plumbing and a full manual driving licence.
- You will have experience in carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance and repairs with an excellent understanding of health and safety.
- You will have excellent communication skills combined with a flexible 'can do' attitude.
- You will be able to solve problems and suggest improvements.
