£35,658.37 per annum (£18.48 per hour)
Plus the ability to earn more via standby and callout
We currently have two exciting Multi-Skilled Technician - Joineryvacancies in our Asset Management Team.
What will you be doing in this role?
You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won't have to travel far. You'll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.
What we are looking for in you
We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do.
The main things:
You'll have at least NVQ L2 in joinery or equivalent
You'll have experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties and a good understanding of health and safety.
You'll have good IT skills to take job information off a mobile device
You'll have a full manual driving licence
It would be nice if you also had:
Experience of carrying out basic repairs in other trade e.g. tiling, plumbing
