Multi-Skilled Technician – Joinery

37 hours per week, based in Preston
£34,286.89 per annum, 37 hours per week (£17.77 per hour)
What will you be doing in this role?
You\’ll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who can carry out planned and responsive maintenance to our housing stock.
What we are looking for in you
We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do. We are looking for a team player with qualifications and experience in all aspects of joinery, who also has the ability to carry out other trade roles such as basic plumbing. You\’ll need a full manual driving licence as you\’ll be working all over Preston in our communities.
The main things:
- You\’ll have at least NVQ L2 in joinery and a full manual driving licence
- You\’ll have experience in a range of repairs, maintenance and programmed works with an excellent understanding of health and safety.
- You\’ll have excellent communication skills combined with a flexible ‘can do\’ attitude.
- You\’ll produce work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
- You\’ll be able to solve problems and suggest improvements.
