Multi‑Skilled Technician – Joinery

37 hours per week, based in Preston.

£35,658.37 per annum (£18.48 per hour).

Plus the ability to earn more via standby and callout.

What will you be doing in this role?

You’ll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7,000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won’t have to travel far. You’ll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.

What We Are Looking For In You

  • At least NVQ Level 2 in joinery or equivalent.
  • Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties and a good understanding of health and safety.
  • Good IT skills to take job information off a mobile device.
  • Full manual driving licence.

It Would Be Nice If You Also Had

  • Experience carrying out basic repairs in other trades such as tiling or plumbing.
