Multi‑Skilled Technician – Joinery
Location: Preston (within 25 km of Fylde, South Ribble)
Type: Full‑time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £34,286.89 per annum (£17.77 per hour) plus standby and call‑out earnings
What will you be doing?
You will be part of the Asset Management team, carrying out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. You\’ll work across around 7000 properties in Preston, Fylde and South Ribble, with a CGA van for travel to and from jobs.
What we are looking for in you
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery
- Experience with domestic property repairs and maintenance, and good health and safety knowledge
- IT skills to access job information via mobile device
- Full manual driving licence
It would be nice if you also had
- Experience with basic repairs in other trades such as tiling or plumbing
