The predicted salary is between 48391 - 48391 £ per year.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for ensuring that Community Gateway's buildings, facilities services and fleet are safe, compliant and work well for colleagues and customers. You'll manage a small specialist team and work with a range of contractors, balancing statutory compliance, day-to-day operations and improvement work. We're looking for someone who can assess priorities calmly, organise work effectively and know when to escalate or seek support.
What we are looking for:
- Significant experience in a similar facilities management role
- Strong working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and statutory obligations relating to buildings and vehicles
- Experience of managing planned preventative maintenance schedules and contractor performance
- Experience of procuring goods and services and managing contracts
- Ability to plan workloads, prioritise effectively and use data to inform decisions
- Experience of managing, supporting and motivating a team
- IOSH qualification (or equivalent)
- IWFM Level 4 qualification, or willingness to work towards this
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience of managing fleet operations, including compliance, telematics and incident support
- Experience of business continuity or disaster recovery planning
- NEBOSH qualification
- Experience of office refurbishments or building projects

Working Arrangements
