We are looking for a highly organised, motivated Admin Officer to join our busy Income Management Team to provide excellent administrative service for the Income Management Team. As an Admin Officer you will be passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers. You will respond to incoming queries in a timely manner. You will contribute to the work of the Income Management and liaise effectively with other specialist teams.
Previous administrative experience would be beneficial, however, if you are a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual, then with our continuous learning and development opportunities, we would be happy to support you with the training and tools to succeed in this role and beyond.
What we are looking for in you:
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will have a good knowledge of IT systems and be able to organise your own workload.
- You will have experience of working in a customer focused, performance driven environment.
- You will have the ability to organise your own workload and manage daily operational tasks with confidence and enthusiasm.
- You will have a passion for delivering first class customer service and deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner to deliver the highest level of customer service standards.
It would be great if you also had:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of Universal Credit and the impact to our business and our customers.
Working arrangements:
This role is based at our gorgeous dockside offices in Preston with occasional evening and weekend work being a requirement of this post. We offer flexibility wherever possible to accommodate our business and your personal needs.
