Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong track record of working in learning and development and the VCSE sector. If you have experience in providing organisational development support, then we’d love you to be part of our friendly Community Support North Yorkshire team. This role involves guiding community organisations through change and providing support which inspires and enables individuals and teams as well as taking a key role in our successful and busy Learning & Development programme.
Responsibilities
- Provide organisational development support to community organisations.

Qualifications
- Strong track record in learning and development.
- Experience in the VCSE sector.
