Our network covers over 1.3 million properties in London, which is more than one third of homes in the UK’s capital city. We have over 800,000 properties under wayleave agreement and are currently working in partnership with more than 200 of London’s biggest landlords. We have freely connected over 600 community spaces in 24 boroughs, giving more Londoners free access to fast, reliable broadband. Job purpose: We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Representative to contribute to booking in installations and missed installations for the company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by booking in clients that have missed their installations. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a real eye for a deal. As a challenger brand, Community Fibre must think differently, always looking to rewrite the rulebook. Our propositions are unique and constantly evolving, and we are always looking to offer our customers more, providing them with tangible value for being a Community Fibre customer. What you’ll be doing: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about missed installations and rebook appointments Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and get them booked in Enter and update customer information in the database Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Go the “extra mile” to meet bookings quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales/bookings and note useful information Call clients to book in their installation appointments Support on outbound calls for abandoned baskets and registered interests The experience we’re looking for you to bring: At least 2 years of experience in sales Experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role desired Proven track record of successfully speaking to clients over the phone Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Working Conditions: Shift Patterns: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, and 12pm-8pm 5 days a week between Monday-Sunday Hybrid Based Role Why join us: You get to work with some of the best technology in the market Be part of an exciting scale-up business where you can bring your ideas; we value your contribution We all love time off whether that’s going on an exotic holiday or a staycation; you’ll get 25 days holiday to enjoy, increasing by 1 day for each year of service up to 28 days Birthday leave, our treat to you Keen cyclist?
