This role is an entry role for a marketing graduate in a fast‑paced, results‑focused B2C marketing team. You will develop skills across acquisition, CRM, direct mail, email & SMS, sales support, creative development, print management and campaign reporting. The successful applicant will be confident, well‑organised, a good communicator, enthusiastic and willing to get involved in all campaigns and projects that come our way!

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will support the Channel Marketing Manager on monthly acquisition campaigns and contribute to a range of marketing initiatives across the team.
  • Responsible for managing monthly BAU marketing activity such as Homemove campaigns, acquisition campaigns including direct mail packs, email and SMS, winback campaigns. This includes creative amendments, data requests and providing insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative approvals – proof‑reading and fact‑checking collateral items and circulating to wider stakeholders including Commercial and Marketing Director.
  • Support brand manager to work with the digital team to set up landing pages to improve conversion from prospect collateral.
  • Setting up reporting to measure engagement and sales success – tracking across QR codes, phone numbers, short links.
  • Liaising with Creative Freelancers and Print suppliers on setting up jobs, requesting estimates, checking budgets and creating POs.
  • You will work with the Channel Marketing Manager to support the D2D agents, events team and engineers with the collateral required.
  • Responsible for D2D sales marketing collateral – including delivery and personalisation to over 100 agents. This includes updating existing collateral, working with the sales team and print company to ensure delivery of collateral packs on a weekly basis to new starters or for bi‑monthly updates to all of the team; and managing any returns.
  • Events collateral – produce monthly posters and banners, order occasional merchandise to support the agents located at 12 events stands across London.
  • Engineer collateral – support engineers by ensuring collateral is kept up to date with new product or price changes.
  • You will work with the wider Brand, Channel, Content and CRM team to support ad‑hoc projects, raise POs and ensure they are recorded correctly, provide reporting and recommendations, and support the Senior Channel Marketing Manager on GTM activities for campaign and product launches.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: full time.
  • Working from home with a preference of one office day per week (to be agreed) and as per our Working from Home Policy.
