We’re London’s largest and fastest 100% full fibre broadband provider, bringing better internet to Londoners since 2013. Unlike most providers, we build, own and operate our dedicated fibre optic network and install it directly into the home, meaning we can deliver a super‑fast connection at prices the national providers find hard to beat.

We’re the only provider in London offering residential broadband speeds of up to 5Gbps. Our network covers 1.3 million properties in London, which is more than one third of homes in the UK’s capital city. We have over 800,000 properties under wayleave agreement and are currently working in partnership with more than 200 of London’s biggest landlords. We have connected 720 community spaces in 24 boroughs, giving more Londoners free access to fast, reliable broadband.

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by creating and delivering campaigns using Direct Mail, Leafleting, OOH, Local Press, TV, Digital Radio and creating D2D sales support material. This role has a wide remit as is responsible for all lead generation collateral, brand response creative and media planning to direct sales driving activity. We require an enthusiastic, confident, highly organised and diligent marketer willing to get involved in all campaigns that come our way! Excellent execution is critical in the fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for Direct Mail campaigns to drive sales from our prospect base, including briefing Analytics for data strategy, briefing the creative and print production agencies, managing the approval process to ensure all activity meets budget and timelines.
  • Own the data contact strategy using segmentation and lifecycle communications and creating campaign concepts targeted at each audience with all activity tracked and performance analysed.
  • Managing the print production agency to ensure direct mailings are to budget and meet target timelines.
  • Ensure we are driving cost efficiency and print consistency across all the Community Fibre collateral by collaborating with Landlord and Business teams.
  • Managing brand response campaigns to support Direct Sales – these include OOH, Local Press, Digital Radio, TV and liaising with social media, PR and Sales teams.
  • Responsible for the delivery of Door‑to‑Door and events sales and marketing collateral to drive pre‑sale prospects and assist conversion of leads.
  • Ensure brand and acquisition emails and SMS are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all activity across every channel is tracked and performance analysed to drive continuous improvements, testing and learning to ensure the delivery of the best results possible.
  • Lead the development of messaging communications within the channel and ensure consistency with other internal teams such as Landlord, Business, Brand and website.
  • Ensuring that all communications adhere to ASA, Brand and Commercial guidelines and all data processes meet GDPR requirements.
  • All internal processes are followed and campaigns are communicated to all key stakeholders.

The experience we’re looking for you to bring:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of offline marketing experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience in creative and copywriting, campaign management.
  • Commercially focused and familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Self‑motivated, highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills; utilizing and interpreting data and analytics to quantify and improve marketing results.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable experience in a high‑growth fast‑paced environment.
  • Understanding of current UK data protection legislation and regulations.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours full time.
  • Working from home with a preference of one office day per week (to be agreed) and as per our Working from Home Policy.

Direct Reports:

This role reports into Senior Channel Marketing Manager. This role works closely with the Analytics, Commercial and Sales teams and leads the management of the Print & Production Supplier and external data and segmentation agency.
