The Brand & Campaign Creative Manager is responsible for developing and delivering integrated brand and acquisition campaign creatives from concept through to execution across a range of channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, this role plays a key part in bringing Community Fibre's creative brand to life, ensuring all campaigns are creatively strong, commercially effective and executed to the highest standard. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for a strong conceptual thinker with a passion for creative and campaign delivery. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the end‑to‑end development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, from initial brief and creative development through to pre‑launch creative delivery and post‑campaign review.
- Work closely with internal teams including Channel, CRM, Digital, Content, and Analytics to identify opportunities, develop campaign strategies and align messaging across channels.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and freelancers, ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are met and creative output is delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Develop campaign concepts and creative territories that support key business objectives, including brand campaigns, acquisition activity, product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Own the creative development process, providing constructive feedback and ensuring all work aligns with Community Fibre's brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the Senior Content Manager to ensure campaign messaging, copy and creative assets are aligned and delivered effectively.
- Support the planning and execution of ATL campaigns across channels including TV and OOH, working closely with media and agency partners.
- Collaborate with channel owners across Print, CRM, Social, and Digital to ensure campaign assets are effectively adapted and executed across all touchpoints.
- Ensure all campaign creative is delivered on time, within budget and in line with internal approval processes.
- Review campaign creative performance and identify opportunities for learning and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity and creative best practice to inspire new ideas and approaches.
- Champion brand consistency across all customer communications and marketing activity.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in a creative, campaign or marketing role within an agency, media agency, brand or in‑house marketing team.
- English fluent with an excellent grasp of written and verbal communication.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channels.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to develop compelling campaign ideas and creative solutions.
- A creative eye with excellent attention to detail and a passion for high‑quality execution.
- Experience briefing, managing and collaborating with creative agencies and external partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with cross‑functional teams (often required to follow approval processes).
- Understanding of creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro or After Effects, with the ability to review and discuss creative work effectively.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work proactively with minimal supervision to hit critical deadlines.
- Experience working on ATL campaigns including TV and OOH.
- Experience within a high‑growth consumer brand or subscription‑based business.
- Experience using campaign creative management platforms like Smartly.io or similar.
