A well-established UK charity is looking for a Supporter Database Officer to join their team on a short term basis. This is a hands on role focused on data imports, income processing and maintaining the accuracy of a high volume CRM system. You will work closely with fundraising and finance teams to ensure data is accurate, compliant and supporting key income streams.
Key responsibilities
- Managing complex data imports from multiple sources
- Supporting income processing and financial reconciliation
- Investigating and resolving data discrepancies
- Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance
- Responding to internal data queries and supporting reporting

- Experience working with CRM systems or large datasets
