The Scouts are seeking a Growth & Recruitment Officer to lead volunteer development across the Midlands. This home-based role involves regular travel within the Midlands and occasional travel to Gilwell Park, with a salary of £31,716 plus a car allowance. Full-time, 35 hours per week, permanent contract; evening and some weekend work required.

You will support local volunteers, deliver training, develop resources, and work with partners to grow Scouting and recruit leaders across communities.
