Community Energy England is seeking a Supported Housing Officer - Extra Care to oversee tenancy and estate management across our two Extra Care schemes in Andover and Bournemouth. This hybrid role combines on-site work at the schemes with home-based duties, roughly 3–4 days on-site per week.
You will be the main contact for customers, provide advice and signposting, support vulnerable residents, coordinate lettings with local partners and care providers, and promote activities helping residents
