We're Hiring: Training and Learning Officer Are you a collaborative and creative learning development professional who is comfortable with digital technology? Do you care about making a positive impact in communities to create better health and social wellbeing? CDHN is looking for a motivated Training and Learning Officer to design and deliver innovative blended learning programmes that support workers and communities to tackle health inequalities and promote social justice. Full-time, flexible work-from-home option Competitive salary 2 years fixed term contract (renewable subject to funding) Closing date: Tuesday 21st July at 12 noon About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to: Develop and deliver engaging and innovative learning programmes (online, in-person, and e-learning) Create high-quality digital learning content for our community development and health equity programmes Support and grow a learning resource hub Work closely with a diverse range communities, members, and partners to identify learning needs Monitor and evaluate impact to continuously improve learning delivery Requirements Experience in training development and delivery, eLearning development and adult learning methodologies Strong organisational, information management and co-ordination skills.
