Suffolk Out of Hours Dental Service
Hours: Rostered sessions according to agreed sessions: Sat/Bank Hols 10.00-16.00; Sundays 10.00-16.00
Base: Nash House, 17 Portman Rd, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 2PB and/or 7, Hillside Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7EA
Rates of Pay: Sat/Sun: £64.00 per hour; Bank Hols £96.00 per hour; Christmas Day: £128.00 per hour
Main duties of the job:
- Provide NHS urgent dental care at weekends and on bank holidays.
- Responsible for providing appropriate emergency dental care to a range of patients accessing out of hours services.
Applicants should be organised and adaptable with excellent time management skills. Previous experience of providing urgent dental care would be an advantage and basic IT skills are required. You will need to be GDC Registered and be on the NHS Performer List.
