Community Dental Services CIC are looking for clinicians who identify with our values as a Social Enterprise and are passionate about providing care for those most at need. There are part time and full time posts available.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic dentists for posts based primarily in our clinics at Westcotes Dental Clinic and Merlyn Vaz Health Centre. Leicester has a high dental need and is a service providing a wide range of care. Training opportunities will be provided to develop skills and competencies with special care and paediatric patients, such as sedation. There will be opportunities to participate with care under sedation and general anaesthesia.
Main duties of the job:
- The post holder will deliver dental treatment and preventative care to patients and clients of Community Dental Services.
- Leicestershire and Leicester City clinics provide dental care for many groups in the community including adults and children patients with additional needs.
- Peripatetic cover will be required to support clinics across the county including domiciliary care, epidemiological surveys.
