About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Clinical Governance, Education & Workforce Development Administrator. The role will provide comprehensive administrative support across governance, education, training and workforce development functions within Community Dental Services CIC (CDS). This will include day-to-day administration, meeting coordination, data entry, reporting support, training administration, document control and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions and events.
  • Prepare agendas, papers, minutes and action logs.
  • Maintain governance registers, compliance trackers and training records.
  • Support workforce development projects, training administration and delegate communications.
  • Produce reports, spreadsheets, documents and correspondence.
  • Provide first-line support for routine governance and training enquiries.

About You

  • GCSE level education, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Recent administrative experience.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and minute-taking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritise workloads and work independently and as part of a team.
