Some tips for your application 🫡
Showcase Your Specialisations:In the dentistry field, it's crucial for us to see your areas of expertise. Whether you have a focus on paediatric dentistry, orthodontics, or implants, make sure to highlight any specialisations in your CV. Relevant certificates or continuing education courses can add serious weight to your application!
Build a Portfolio of Cases:For a freelance position, your practical experience is key. Compile a portfolio that showcases your best cases, including before-and-after photos (with patient consent, of course!) and any testimonials from clients or colleagues. This will really help us visualise your skills and the quality of your work.
Present Your Treatment Philosophy:Don’t forget to include a brief section in your application about your treatment philosophy. Freelancing means you’ll often have clients looking for a specific approach or style, so let us know what makes your practice unique. This will help us see if you align with the values at Community Dental Services CIC.
Be Clear About Your Availability:In your cover letter, clearly state your availability and preferred working hours. This is particularly important for freelancing as it helps us manage appointment schedules effectively. Plus, it gives us an idea of how we can collaborate with you seamlessly.
