Jewish Care is seeking a Community Dementia Assistant to support people living with dementia and their families in Redbridge and Southend, with travel involved. You will coordinate community dementia programmes, signpost services and build trusted relationships within the local community.
The role focuses on engagement across synagogues, volunteers and health and social care partners to strengthen local connections and develop meaningful activities.
