We are looking for a Team Leader who shares Community ConneX values. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Support Workers and you’ll be instrumental in delivering our Together ConneX service so that our clients receive the quality care, support, and opportunities they deserve.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our services
  • Provide supervision, guidance and mentorship to your team to foster a positive and supportive work environment
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and create tailored care plans for our clients
  • Design and implement engaging recreational and educational activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of our clients
  • Maintain open communication with parents/guardians, offering regular updates on client progress and development

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting autistic adults or children, people with mental health challenges, people with a learning disability, or people with behaviours that challenge
  • A natural leader with excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those they support
  • Ability to commute to Harrow and is committed to being an active and engaged member of our team
