We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive with a minimum of three years’ HR experience to support Case Managers and take ownership of the whole life cycle of Client Support Workers & Nurses post recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality service delivery of staff support services post recruitment.
- Maintain accurate records within Bright HR.
- Oversight of Employee Liability Information and act as advisor for investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Support Case Managers and provide employment support and advice, including performance review plans.
- Monitor supervision and appraisal compliance.
- Responsible for development and compliance of Care & Support Policies (aligned to regulatory requirements in England & Wales) and support compliance through reporting.
- Manage Employment Support Service Audits for Case Managers and Registered Managers.
Skills / Experience
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively and autonomously.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A pro‑active and positive approach.
- Excellent IT skills to include HR databases.
- A clear understanding of Right to Work in the UK checks.
- Minimum of three years’ HR experience with a good understanding of UK Employment Law to support investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Ability to deliver a high-quality service in a busy HR department working towards tight onboarding deadlines.
- CIPD level 3 or above is desirable or equivalent experience.
